Let's go to the hop!

We always have a party to cap off our week of fun. This year we are rockin' and a reelin' at the hop!

The cool cats at Dan's Diner

I made all the girls felt poodle skirts and the big girls had saddle shoes made from cheap white canvas tennies with the center colored in with a black felt tip marker. Cute but stinky! or stinkin' cute!

Here's the stinky shoes and the large records I made from poster board and labels made on the computer

I love these mini hamburgers made from Nilla wafers and mint patties.

.

Our cooks were hard at work grilling up everyones order.

Our Fabulous 50's Guests

Now We're Hoppin'

Justly Rewarded!

Each of the campers get a certificate and some
little memento that commemorates that years camp.

The boys were awarded an "authentic" dragons tooth necklace.

The baby girls received a beaded bracelet with a crown charm
and the big girls got scrabble pendants with a crown charm.

Welcome Daddy-o's

Some of our dads arrived and the Professor reluctantly agreed to
send the machine back in time one more time.

The anticipation was high as the machine started cranking up!

The lights started blinking, the motor sputtered to a stop and we
were stuck in some sort of time warp limbo!

We might as well enjoy the trip!
Our dad's proved that they are Dino-mite by collecting dino eggs.

Then it was just a hop, skip, and a jump back to the 50's...

...where they showed their true devotion to the "King"!

SMOOCH!!

Then it was on to Ancient Egypt where the barges of Cleo came to an abrupt standstill!

I guess all they needed was a little extra manpower!

Our knights in shining armor!

I'm the King of the Castle!!!

Just as we were leaving this scrambled up time zone,
we heard loud and desperate knocks emanating from the Time Machine.

Out popped our last dad who wasn't expected to come. What a great surprise!
